An Ace in the Hole

Every time I go to Las Vegas, I’m reminded of some character in a Scorsese movie burying something horrible in the desert.

The good news is, not everything buried in the desert is bad. Right now, we’re busy helping bury something there that’s going to benefit the community for years to come. It’s the Paradise Whitney Interceptor pipeline. Flowtite® FRP is the pipe selected for this installation, the largest microtunneling project in North America for a long time.

So pipe up to 72" in diameter is being used in a multi-year series of operations that include direct bury, a two-pass tunnel and microtunnel/jacking applications. Flowtite® handles it all with lower installation costs, plus the usual corrosion resistance you expect from FRP. In other words, it’s a hands-down winner.

Our May Webinar will cover this and more in much greater detail.

Engineers can’t be gamblers. Luckily, Flowtite® FRP is a pretty safe bet!
